We build houses and the rooms people add to them in and around Iowa City. Every job runs the same way: a site walk, a written scope, drawings, a schedule you can plan around, and a crew that leaves the site cleaner than it found it. We'd rather do fewer jobs right than more jobs fast.

A written scope that says what's included and what isn't, priced line by line, so nothing surprises you later.

Drawings & permits.
Plans finalised and permit applications prepared and filed before anyone swings a hammer.

Schedule.
A build schedule with real milestones, planned around Iowa weather, not against it.

Build.
Our crew and our trade partners on site, a clean and safe job, and regular updates from one person who knows the whole project.

Walkthrough & handover.
We walk it together, list anything that isn't right, fix it, and hand you the keys.
